SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping
The environment is important to us at Luken + Co. Therefore, we ship orders in recycled, recyclable, or compostable shipping bags or boxes.

We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Most orders will arrive within 3 business days after processing, however due to current shipping delays, it could take as many as 14 business days for your order to arrive if the post office holds your package longer than expected. Please refer to your order tracking for the most up-to-date information.


Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout and will vary based on the form of shipping selected. We offer USPS shipping within the United States. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process before shipping.


International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us at customerservice@lukenandco.com within 14 business days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA number). ​Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all tags in tact and shipped back within 5 business days after receiving your RA number. Items should be packed carefully in the same manner they are shipped to prevent damage. Items with tags removed or that shown signs of wear do not quality for a return. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.

We apologize that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used. Please allow 3 business days from the date the return is delivered back to us for processing. Once processed, your refund will post to your account in 3-7 days.


Sale Items
Final sale items do not qualify for returns. Please make your selections with care and review all product information before completing your purchase.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unused item within the allotted time and purchase a new item using our website.


Price Adjustments
We cannot make price adjustments on previous purchases.


Damaged Items

If your item was damaged during shipment, please send a picture of your item along with your order number to customerservice@lukenandco.com so we may immediately assist you. 

Defective Items

Quality is so important to us. If you experience quality issues with items purchased from www.lukenandco.com, please send a picture of your defective item along with your order number to customerservice@lukenandco.com. We are happy to replace defective items within 60 days of purchase. If an exact replacement is not available, another item of equal value may be selected in its place or a store credit can be issued.
